  • All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept payments through UPI, Cash or Bank Transfer.
  • Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
  • Accurate shipping information is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect details provided.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

No Return or Exchange Policy

At Spice Symphony by Soorya, all sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to spices, flours, beverages, and health mixes.

Why We Have a No Return/Exchange Policy:

  1. Hygiene and Safety: As we deal with consumable goods, maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards is our top priority. Allowing returns could compromise the quality and safety of our products.
  2. Quality Assurance: Every product is thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Exceptions (If Applicable):

While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive:

  • A damaged product due to transit issues, or
  • An incorrect item that differs from your order,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice. We will review the case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.

How to Report an Issue:

  1. Email us at info@masalacafebysoorya.in with the subject line "Damaged/Incorrect Item - [Order Number]".
  2. Attach clear images showing:
    • The product condition
    • The packaging (including shipping label)
    • The invoice or receipt

  1. Provide a brief description of the issue.

We will respond within 2-3 business days with the next steps.

Important Notes:

  • Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery will not qualify for review.
  • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
